FilingFacts is an independent reference site in the company financial fundamentals space. US public-company fundamentals, straight from SEC filings.

What we do

We publish answer-first reference pages for large US public companies — five fiscal years of revenue, net income, operating income, R&D, assets and equity — plus the margins, growth rates and ratios computed from them, and a set of free financial calculators. Every raw figure is a value the company reported in its annual 10-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, retrieved from the openly-licensed SEC EDGAR XBRL API.

How we work

Our company and ranking pages are generated from a committed snapshot of SEC data; derived metrics use standard, published formulas shown on each page. We do not invent or estimate financial figures — if a company does not report a concept, we leave it blank. See our methodology for the exact concepts, sources and limitations.
